How we grade the gently used books we sell
We want you to feel completely confident when buying a used book online. That’s why every book we sell is hand-inspected, gently cleaned, and wrapped in protective plastic before shipping. Our condition grades are honest, consistent, and designed to give you a clear picture of what to expect.
Like New
A nearly flawless copy. Looks close to new with minimal wear.
Used – Very Good
Light signs of use such as minor cover or corner wear, but clean, complete, and well cared for.
Used – Good
A solid, readable copy that shows noticeable signs of use. May include light markings or spine wear, but the book remains clean and complete.
Used – Acceptable
A well-used reading copy with visible wear or markings. Still complete and fully readable. Dust cover may have damage or missing (will be noted)
Collectible Editions
For signed, first edition, vintage, or otherwise special books, we may use Amazon’s “Collectible” categories with clear descriptions of any unique features or flaws.
