The Confederacy has infiltrated the Warden worlds, sending elite agents to assassinate the ruling Lords. While three missions have been successful, the agent on Medusa, Tehran Bul, is struggling against the local rebels and the planet's harsh conditions. The Confederacy's ultimate goal is to overthrow the Warden worlds and establish their dominance. As the situation becomes increasingly perilous, the agent with no name must intervene to prevent the Confederacy's plans from succeeding.
